Certified Nursing Assistant

Overview:
Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to join our skilled nursing neighborhood team. As a CNA, you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of the licensed nurse, while maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
- Participate in care planning and implementation to ensure resident-centered care
Requirements:
- Current State certification for Nursing Assistant
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
