Key Responsibilities include:

  • Track progress and evaluate project performance, ensuring deliverables remain within the established scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage change requests, apply risk management techniques, and implement strategies to mitigate negative financial impacts on the project.
  • Coordinate thorough reviews of technical work to guarantee high-quality outcomes and adherence to the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the project contract.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients and prioritize exceptional client service to secure future opportunities.
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices.

We welcome candidates interested in being located in any of our office locations or working in a hybrid environment aligned with one of these locations.

  • 8+ years of project experience in the AEC industry, with a strong preference for experience on federal projects
  • Project management experience encompassing scope, schedule, and budget control
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
