Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Manager III to support the General Manager or Director in the overall success of our operation. This includes adhering to the client's culture and guidelines, the Health Departments regulations, and company's standards & policies. The successful candidate will motivate, train, develop, and direct all employees to accomplish the objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers and client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day service of the operation, ensuring seamless execution of retail services.
  • Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and oversee the hiring of frontline team members.
  • Direct and train staff to provide scheduled retail services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports, providing accurate and timely insights into operation performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the operation.
Requirements
  • 2 years of retail operational management experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Experience in retail marketing is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Associates degree is preferred.
