Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Reporting Leader to join our Advisory Data organization. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth by developing and maintaining reporting strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing end-to-end reporting development infrastructure.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience using JIRA, delivering projects in an agile metrics/reporting lifecycle, and managing teams. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI is required, as well as experience building applications and dashboards using the MS BI stack. A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is essential, with a master's degree or PMP/SAFE certification being a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to define key reporting requirements aligned to pillar/team level performance objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end reporting development infrastructure, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and multi-dimensional data models, workflows, and stored procedures.
  • Oversee the delivery of reports, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
  • Leverage KPMG's data management, workflow, and reporting capabilities, including JIRA, DevOps, and PowerBI.
  • Establish communications and training models to drive awareness and education amongst stakeholders and end-users of reporting dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience using JIRA, delivering projects in an agile metrics/reporting lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI.
  • Experience building applications and dashboards using the MS BI stack.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $140,000 and $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
