The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Reporting Specialist to join our team in Procurement and Payment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing advanced reporting, analysis, auditing, and reporting of financial data in accordance with state, local, and university regulations, policies, and procedures.

You will manage and provide contract reports such as the Legislative Budget Board, Transparency Report, and Air Charter Report in compliance with reporting requirements for the UT System Board of Regents, Legislative Budget Board, the Texas Comptroller, and all applicable state and federal laws. In addition, you will provide training and information to University personnel regarding processes, ensure data integrity, and create reports.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, two years of administrative experience, working knowledge of purchasing and contracting, basic auditing skills, advanced skills using Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and database experience. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compile and simplify complex data from multiple sources.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $62,475 - $68,849 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
