Role Summary:
We are in search of a proactive IT Operations Manager with expertise in ERP and CRM systems, as well as web development, to spearhead our IT projects. The selected candidate will be pivotal in managing the complete software implementation cycle, ensuring effective integration and automation that enhances our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP/CRM Implementation & Oversight:
    • Facilitate the comprehensive implementation of ERP systems, collaborating with external consultants to strategize, design, configure, test, and launch.
    • Ensure that ERP solutions align with business objectives and optimize workflows.
    • Engage with various departments to collect requirements, develop process maps, and establish system specifications.
    • Provide continuous support, training, and maintenance for systems post-implementation.
    • Oversee third-party vendors involved in ERP projects.
    • Create insightful automated reports covering all business facets (sales, marketing, operations, finance).
  • Web Development & Management:
    • Direct the development and upkeep of web applications, ensuring security, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft user-centric web solutions.
    • Lead a team of web developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and coding standards.
    • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance for web applications to guarantee functionality and security.
  • IT Infrastructure & Support:
    • Streamline the onboarding process for new employees regarding technology access.
    • Ensure the seamless operation of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
    • Oversee IT support services to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
    • Manage procurement, installation, and upgrades of software and hardware.
    • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Oversee digital asset management, including marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to bolster security measures.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Guide and mentor team members in technology utilization, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
    • Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding technology enhancements and investments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years in IT management, focusing on ERP implementation and web development.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end web development projects.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Adept at analyzing complex issues and delivering effective technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration.
  • ERP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
