Clinical Child Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at the Children's Behavioral and Mental Health Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from ages 4-21, and provide assessments for patients referred by outpatient behavioral mental health providers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, with a split between direct clinical care and administrative time. The successful candidate will have a PhD or PsyD from an APA/CPA accredited program and must have completed an APA accredited child internship. They will also have expertise in treating children and adolescents using evidence-based treatment approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessments for patients referred by outpatient behavioral mental health providers
- Work closely with child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, behavioral and mental health therapists, and nurse case managers to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan for each patient
- Participate in the training of psychology doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows, as well as other behavioral mental health trainees
- Consult with school professionals, as needed
