Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Reservoir Engineer to join our team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Spotfire, along with hands-on experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform and refine rate transient analysis to evaluate and forecast reservoir behavior.
  • Analyze historical production and well performance data to optimize development strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with geology and engineering teams to integrate data into reservoir models for better asset performance and understanding.
  • Work with stakeholders to design data-driven reservoir management strategies.
  • Conduct decline curve analysis and economic evaluations to determine reservoir profitability.
  • Develop and manage databases for storing and organizing reservoir engineering data.
  • Create visualizations and reports in PowerBI and Spotfire to effectively communicate key findings.
  • Offer technical support to field operations teams, ensuring alignment with reservoir management goals.
