Senior Provider Engagement Specialist

Vatica Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Provider Engagement Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and practices in our assigned geographic area.
Key Responsibilities- Provider Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage healthcare providers and practices in our service offerings, including Enhanced Annual Wellness Visits and other clinical services.
- Account Management: Recruit and manage accounts with healthcare practices and their respective providers, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Contract Negotiation: Secure contracts with healthcare practices and providers, working closely with our local and national operations and clinical teams to optimize our market presence.
- Collaboration: Interface with provider relationship personnel at our Health Plan clients to ensure effective collaboration and network development.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to practice/physician participation to identify opportunities to increase the number of participating physicians and new practices in our programs.
- Program Performance: Analyze program performance and work collaboratively with practices to develop strategies to improve performance.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the development of program marketing materials, messages, and sales campaigns as needed.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date on market trends, best practices, and growth opportunities in our assigned territories.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working in a health system or primary care practice, with a proven track record of provider engagement and/or sales experience.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with group practices and providers.
- Sales/Account Management: Experience with sales/network development, interfacing with Payers, Practice Managers, and Primary Care Physicians.
- Clinical Knowledge: Sales/Account Management experience in healthcare EMR, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Managed Care Services to independent healthcare providers.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM (preferred) and excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Communication: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external executive leadership.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% within the territory.
