Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and ramp of a next-generation Apple product. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading development and implementing manufacturing processes that meet the highest quality and efficiency standards. Your expertise in mechanical engineering, process development, and manufacturing will help us deliver cutting-edge display products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on design intent and manufacturing processes

• Set standard manufacturing practices and implement process improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate design and processes at concept phase

• Develop new and/or improved processes for parts and assemblies through theoretical and practical engineering

• Drive corrective actions cross-functionally and present technical issues and updates to management team and cross-functional team regularly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience in process development/bring up and qualification, program/project management experience, manufacturing or supplier management experience, and working knowledge of GD&T and Engineering Drawing Interpretation. You should also have good command of Excel and JMP, knowledge of Metrology design and Optical/Contact Measurement Equipment, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and strong teamwork skills. A BS (MS preferred) in mechanical, materials or chemical engineering is also required.
