Position Overview: Riveon Mental Health and Recovery (formerly known as The LCADA Way) is in search of a dedicated Vocational Case Manager to support individuals in their journey towards employment.

Role Responsibilities: This position is centered around delivering vocational rehabilitation services alongside clinical case management. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, community resources, healthcare professionals, and employers to facilitate a smooth transition back into the workforce.

Key Duties Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive career assessments to identify client needs.
  • Developing tailored vocational plans aimed at overcoming employment barriers.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure clients access essential services.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices, possess excellent communication abilities, and have a background in vocational rehabilitation or a related field. An Associate Degree or equivalent is required, with a CDCA certification being preferred.
