Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on commercial banking products and services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong background in relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
