Nike, a leading sportswear brand, is seeking a talented Software Engineer 2 to join its team. Located in our headquarters, you will be part of a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and excellence.
Job OverviewThis role involves designing and developing software solutions for our internal Consumer Product & Innovation community. You will work on building modular, configurable, and 'API-First' capabilities that will be consumed by modern web applications built with the latest SPA frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using cloud-based technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our business.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in software development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and backend technologies like Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
