This is a remote software engineering position at Paradigm Information Services, Inc.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-volume enterprise applications using ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, Web API, and SQL Server.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hands-on coding, collaborating with fellow developers, and mentoring junior engineers in areas of expertise. You will work closely with our business team to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality enterprise applications using Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Participate in technical design and implementation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and address quality, performance, and architectural issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience developing software in C#/.NET.
  • 6+ years of experience developing web applications using ASP.NET, with experience using MVC a plus.
  • Experience writing multi-tier components for high-volume systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and technical support skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and sick days.
