About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Apparel Development Expert to join our creative team within Apparel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving discussions to meet on-time delivery dates and leading the team with technical recommendations that serve our athletes and consumers.

As an Apparel Development Expert, you will work on complex styles to create and update Tech Packs for our PCC Product Creation Center and factory partners. You will also lead proto review sessions, write comments, and track and request prototypes for your styles.

About You

  • You have 8 years' pattern making and apparel development experience.
  • You possess knowledge of the apparel development process from inception through production, including construction costing, manufacturing print techniques, embroidery materials, and machinery.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects.
