FP&A Manager Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to join our dynamic Finance team at Vaco. This role requires 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Manage day-to-day budgets across departments.
  • Leverage business knowledge to provide data-driven analyses.
  • Support investment decisions and assess new opportunities.
  • Track headcount budgets and labor spend.
  • Develop financial models and reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators.
  • Automate processes and enhance internal systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience (preferably in tech).
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Experience in investment banking.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and SQL.
