The Class A CDL Delivery Driver is a critical role at Eagle Rock Distributing Company, responsible for safely and efficiently transporting beverages to various customer locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely Operate Delivery Vehicles: Ensure the safe operation of delivery trucks, adhering to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Deliver and Service Products: Deliver and service all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Load and Unload Products: Load and unload beverage products, maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
  • Merchandising and Stocking: Merchandise and stock all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products.
  • Manage Delivery Logs and Records: Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform Routine Vehicle Inspections: Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card: Possess a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record: Have a clean motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Be able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks: Be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Commitment to Safety: Be committed to working safely and maintaining a fun and friendly work environment.
  • Previous Driving and/or Delivery Experience: Previous driving and/or delivery experience is preferred but not required.
