About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team at Eagle Rock Distributing Company. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting beverages to various customer locations across Colorado.

As a Delivery Driver, you will have the opportunity to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative to ensure the successful delivery of our products. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety standards and protocols, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
  • Responsibility for delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts.
  • Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products.
  • Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
  • Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card. You should have a high school diploma or GED and a clean motor vehicle record for the past three years. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and understand retailers and co-workers are essential for this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission eligibility, pay-for-performance bonuses, and generous overtime opportunities. Our drivers start at approximately $50,000 (depending on route - including base pay, commissions and bonus) and can grow earnings substantially with company experience.
