Zachary Piper Solutions is in search of a dedicated Biomedical Clinical Engineer with expertise in networking. This role is vital for maintaining the reliability and safety of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on a variety of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in medical devices, following manufacturer specifications.
- Perform inspections on newly acquired medical equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to enforce medical device security measures, safeguarding patient data.
- Install, calibrate, and configure medical equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a medical center or Biomedical Engineering department, or within a government agency.
- An associate degree or higher in applied science or equivalent military training.
- Proven ability to execute operational verification procedures and maintenance on various medical devices.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal public trust clearance.
- Proof of COVID and flu vaccinations is required.
Compensation:
- Salary is commensurate with experience.
