About the Role

We are seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Southcoast Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, patient and family teaching, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent.
  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
