As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial management policies and controls, as well as overseeing various financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with GAAP standards and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong framework of internal control and compliance over accounting and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, external financial statements, and reports.
  • Provide accounting and tax guidance to department managers and personnel.
  • Implement process improvements and innovation within the finance function.
  • Provide analysis and judgment to support strategic decisions and operating plans.
  • Oversee annual financial statement audits and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
  • Ensure financial reporting and income tax compliance are performed timely and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus minimum 10 to 12 years related experience in the AEC industry.
  • Master's Degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Experience in or understanding of the Government Contracting Industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate financial strategy.
  • Sound understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Ability to recognize and communicate concerns and pursue resolutions and implement corrective measures.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and broad management experience.
