MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in Portland, Maine.

Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits, and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their communication and swallowing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, and evaluate care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
  • Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively pursuing licensure.
  • At least one year of professional experience in speech-language pathology.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • CCC's (Certified Clinical Competence) in speech-language pathology.
