Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patient needs to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Provide expert nursing care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Evaluate patient responses to care and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and certifications to maintain expertise in critical care nursing.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida or eligible compact state required.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
  • ACLS Provider certification required.
  • National Institutes Of Health Stroke Scale certification within 90 days required.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Certified Electrophysiology Specialist, CNOR, Acute/Critical Care Nursing, or Certified Emergency Nurse certification within 18 months required.
