Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

About the Job:

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to children in Northwest Florida, working in a busy, Level-IIIB NICU with a full subspecialty support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to neonates and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions
  • Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety


Requirements:

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
