Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at MediLodge of Richmond. As a Nurse Aide, you will provide essential support and assistance to our nursing department and staff, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as making residents' beds and labeling their clothing and belongings.
  • Pass meal trays and offer basic tray set-up, and may assist with feeding if competency demonstrated.
  • Transport and escort residents to various areas within the facility, including dining areas, activities, and resident care conferences.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by nursing staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members.
  • Ability to learn infection control techniques.
  • Ability to be patient and polite.
