Carilion Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team at the Houston Street location in Lexington. As a collaborative healthcare provider, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in Family Medicine

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current state licensure and DEA registration
1-3 years of experience in Family Medicine or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
