About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Technical Building Services to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing innovative and technically complex projects in the field of technical building services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from contract award to final acceptance by our customers, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: As the primary point of contact, you will provide expert advice and guidance to our customers, skillfully planning the technical implementation of construction projects.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a project team, working closely with specialist planners and customers to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Project Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including managing deadlines, costs, material and equipment deliveries, and their interaction with construction and installation.
  • Contract Management: You will handle contract-related correspondence, prepare additional offers, and work closely with our central administration.
Requirements
  • Education: A completed degree in building services engineering or a similar field is required.
  • Experience: Relevant professional experience in project work and building technology, preferably in a leadership position, is essential.
