Job Title: ABA Therapist - Behavior Intervention Specialist

Job Summary:

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ABA Therapist - Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with our Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client's home, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisors/BCBAs.
  • Collect data and write session notes to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs to develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.

Requirements:

  • Negative TB test.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Clear criminal background.
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet).
