We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Little Masters Development Center L. As a key member of our Early Intervention Program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to young children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative programs and activities to enhance social and cognitive functions in children aged 0-3 years old.
Collaborate with families to provide information and skills necessary for the child's development.
Work closely with other service providers to achieve the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Early Intervention Program (EIP) goals.
Provide services in home, school-based, and daycare settings.
Collect and maintain regular progress reports and attend meetings related to the child.

Requirements

Certification in New York State as a Teacher of Special Education or Students with Disabilities Birth-2.
OR LMSW / LCSW / RN's with strong time management and organizational skills.
Good technical skills and ability to learn new databases.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual a plus.
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Instruction preferred but will train.
Experience working in home-based programs, schools, or daycares.
