Job Title: ABA/NDBI Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA/NDBI Therapist to join our team at Elevated Kids LLC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism. You will be responsible for implementing direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in the child's natural environment setting, home/preschool.

Responsibilities
  • Implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy
  • Work closely with a BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans and goals
  • Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during child's everyday routines
  • Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree or currently pursuing Masters Degree in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
  • Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
