We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among healthcare team members.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
