Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- Two years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and outpatient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
