Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a neurology setting, adhering to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of neurology.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- 2 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.
- 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
- 3 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
