About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a neurology setting, adhering to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Utilize a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of neurology.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
  • 2 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
  • Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.
  • Recent prior experience with phone triage.
  • 3 years of Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
