Role Summary: The Program Control Office is responsible for overseeing corporate business and technological initiatives that support various missions in aeronautics, maritime, geography, and geomatics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic workforce planning coordination.
  • Corporate communications strategy development and execution.
  • Monitoring manpower and career service needs.
  • Coordinating new technological capabilities and requirements.
  • Leading enterprise data management initiatives.
  • Establishing data standards and content guidelines.
  • Overseeing IT systems, devices, and software.
  • Providing senior-level support.
  • Managing taskers and awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic communications and marketing framework.
  • Create programs to educate internal and external stakeholders about the services offered.
  • Analyze communication metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate VIP requirements with agency partners and internal offices.
  • Manage briefings for senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communications.
  • Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings.
  • Design and oversee the delivery of communications that support business objectives.
  • Advise on strategic messaging related to mission priorities and achievements.
  • Communicate key messages to leadership and partners within the agency and the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications:

  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance
  • US Citizenship required
  • Proven experience in assessing communication metrics for executive-level decision-making.
  • Experience leading strategic communication initiatives.
  • Familiarity with electronic publishing and production processes.
  • Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in making strategic decisions within a collaborative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in customer service and support.
  • Knowledge of the US Intelligence Community.
