Firefly Children and Family Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Home-Based Services to lead our team of Case Managers and Therapists in Indianapolis. As a key member of our organization, you will provide program leadership and oversight to ensure positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement program strategies and goals to ensure grantor and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with a co-director to provide leadership and oversight to the team.
- Ensure staff meet work product expectations and adhere to service standards.
- Hire, develop, and hold accountable Program staff, including coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee vendors to ensure client information and inquiries are managed according to program standards.
- Respond to crisis calls from program staff and work within the structure of DCS Region and broker community.
- Collaborate with other agency directors to provide training development, case supervision, and program expectations.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
- Professional licensure (LCSW/LMHC) preferred.
- Commitment to family preservation and reunification.
- A valid driver's license and proof of insurance with six or less points on driving record.
- First aid and CPR required but can be obtained upon hire.
- Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices.
- Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.
- Student Loan Repayment.
