  • Monitor and follow up on all purchase orders to ensure compliance with quantity, specification, quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with customers and sister companies to streamline the supply chain.
Requirements
  • Leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and logistics skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies.
  • Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
  • Product and inventory management certification a plus.
