Job Overview

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Apple, you will oversee the logistics operations related to inbound/outbound transportation, distribution, and post-sales returns for the Americas region. Job Description

This role involves oversight of supplier relationships and performance, identifying areas for process improvement and innovation, and developing solutions to drive performance and expense management. The successful candidate will have experience in world-class logistics operations, vendor, 3PL, or service provider management, and a proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Business, or a related field, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team, and a high degree of flexibility. Travel is required for this role, up to 15% of the time.
