Cloud Technology Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Scottsdale. As a Sales Consultant for Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing new client relationships, and managing the full-cycle candidate recruitment process to ensure all client needs are being met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business relationships with clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop strategies to grow your client base and implement sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue.
  • Facilitate in-depth client meetings to understand client needs and tailor your approach and search accordingly.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
  • Manage the full candidate recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, submitting candidates to clients, arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure successful placements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
  • Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to develop and form relationships at all levels of an organization.
