Cloud Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Irvine Technology Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure automation and continuous delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based infrastructure automation and continuous delivery capabilities.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of operational tools for monitoring and analyzing AWS infrastructure and systems.
  • Evaluate and lead the operationalization of new tools, technologies, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements and ensure adherence to cloud security standards.
  • Optimize cloud environments for performance and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure engineering, software development, or equivalent technical fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of enterprise AWS cloud experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficient in one or more scripting languages, cloud automation templating, configuration management, and deployment automation tools.
