Position Title: Plant Financial Specialist

Compensation: Negotiable

Overview

The primary focus of this role is to deliver essential financial support to the manufacturing facility. This includes responsibilities related to budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing processes, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities


1. Generate daily and weekly financial reports for management review.
2. Collaborate in the preparation of the annual budget for the plant.
3. Conduct self-audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
4. Support internal and external auditors during facility audits.
5. Assist in monthly cost and standard reviews for the location.
6. Perform account reconciliations as necessary.
7. Prepare journal entries and year-end financial reports as required.
8. Provide training and support related to Oracle EBS OM, including purchase order processing.
9. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:
BS/BA in Finance or Business Administration

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Skills and Competencies:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP) is advantageous.
4. Excellent project management abilities.
5. Adaptability to changing environments and tasks.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Note: This position may require U.S. person status due to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
