Position Title: Plant Financial Specialist

Compensation: Negotiable

Overview

The primary focus of this role is to deliver essential financial insights and support to the manufacturing facility. This includes responsibilities related to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities


1. Generate daily and weekly financial reports for management review.
2. Collaborate in the development of the annual budget for the plant.
3. Conduct self-audits and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
4. Support internal and external auditors during facility assessments.
5. Assist in monthly reviews of location costs and standards.
6. Perform account reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
7. Compile year-end financial reports as required.
8. Provide training and support related to Oracle EBS OM, including purchase order processing.
9. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:
BS/BA in Finance or Business Administration

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a financial role

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar systems (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP) is advantageous
- Excellent project management abilities
- Adaptability to dynamic work environments
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
