Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $16.50 per hour. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for incentive pay while completing training milestones. Once completed, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.

Job Description

This role is part of a Retail Team of Experts at T-Mobile. As a Mobile Associate, you will work as a brand ambassador, building energy and excitement around the T-Mobile brand. You will immerse yourself in significant connections with customers, uncovering their needs and providing personalized solutions. This is a learning role, where new associates work with their team and proactively build skills and proficiencies, preparing them for the next level up as a Mobile Expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  2. Become skilled with digital tools, consistently using them in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate how T-Mobile plans and services benefit customers.
  3. Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels, collectively owning the customer experience and resolving issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least six months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (required)
  • A passion for being a customer advocate and having fun while connecting with customers
  • A competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • The willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
