Educational Photographer - Norfolk

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals, ideally with a background in capturing images within educational settings, to become part of our team.

This position operates on a flexible hours basis, specifically for candidates situated in Norfolk.

Daily Rate: £80 per day, with the potential for additional earnings through commission, an option for a company vehicle, provision of equipment, comprehensive training, and reimbursement of expenses.

Advantages of the Role:

  • Term-time: This is a zero hours contract role designed to cover peak periods, primarily from September to November and Easter to June.
  • Company Vehicle: During your contract, you may be provided with a taxed, insured, and maintained company vehicle, details of which will be discussed during the interview.
  • Equipment: All necessary photographic equipment will be supplied.
  • Expense Reimbursement: We cover all authorized business-related expenses.
  • Pension Scheme: After three months of service, you will be enrolled in our pension scheme (with the option to opt-in sooner).
  • Professional Training: We understand the importance of continuous learning and provide comprehensive training at the start of your employment, including Health & Safety and Manual Handling. Our industry-leading field-based training will equip you for success in this role.

Compensation: You will receive a daily rate paid monthly, along with commission generated from the sale of photographs taken by you. Should your commission exceed your earnings during the contracted period, a balancing payment will be issued as a bonus once sales commissions are finalized.

  • Be adaptable with working hours, including early starts and late finishes when necessary.
  • Have prior experience in school photography as an advantage.

All candidates must be prepared to undergo a DBS check (or provide details of any previous checks) and submit two references before commencing employment.
