Maintenance Specialist

At SP Plus Corporation, we are revolutionizing parking experiences with innovative solutions. As a Maintenance Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning equipment, and general housekeeping duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. You will also need to have a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
