About the Role

The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors in the Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) organization.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fluid calendar requests, meeting invites, conference room logistics, and floor access
  • Plan travel and accommodations, including lodging, transportation, visa processing, and building access
  • Improve team morale, recognize outstanding efforts, and encourage a positive work environment
  • Attend key meetings, track and drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Drive team activities, such as staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, and team-building events
  • Update team organizational charts and manage workflows that require approvals
  • Process expense reports and manage large event logistics, catering, and support materials
  • Act as Space Administrator for the team, responsible for space planning, coordination, and execution of office moves

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
