Paid Search Advertising Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, as well as excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives, managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, conducting in-depth keyword research and analysis, creating compelling ad copy and landing pages, monitoring campaign performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.
The estimated salary range for this role is $60k-$80k per year, plus bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life AD&D Insurance, 401k, 7 paid holidays, and generous PTO accrual. In addition, Vizisites offers hybrid work (2 days remote, 3 days in office), opportunities for growth, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
- 5+ years customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices

- Proficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral)
- Experience working in Salesforce is a plus but not required
