Job Title: Legal Operations Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Vice President to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of deliverables and preparing plans, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders within RockCreek and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in document preparation and review, data extraction, and document management.
  • Create and maintain matrices for transaction tracking and status updating.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure seamless execution of investments from idea to execution.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in investment management documentation and organization, who thrives in a multi-task driven, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of legal/documentation execution experience in an investment management/legal environment. Or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. JD a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Teams, SharePoint; Excel; as well as AWS, project management tools such as Asana and Slack. Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated; able to take initiative with minimal assistance or supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Agility to effectively operate under tight turnarounds with a focus on quality and consistent execution with attention to detail.
