Job Title: Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in their homes, helping them to develop essential skills and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes, working directly with them to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for presentation under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure effective therapy and support.
  • Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs, working closely with the BCBA to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but we are committed to supporting your professional growth and will assist you in obtaining your RBT certification if needed.
  • Availability to work between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
