Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Operate the telephone switchboard to manage incoming and outgoing calls, and perform various hospital communications and clerical duties.
- Assist with the registration of emergency patients, inpatients, and outpatients, ensuring accurate patient information and adherence to hospital policies.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse situations, including patient concerns and financial responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of related experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures, equipment, and computer systems required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Estimated pay: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications.
