Job Overview

Integra Software Systems LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lending Technology Consultant to assist in the testing and training of onboarding financial institution clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Loan Origination Software (LOS) and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial LOS setup tasks as assigned by Project Manager
  • Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements of clients
  • Analyze information provided to determine technical setup needed
  • Follow up with clients to clarify important points
  • Perform tests on the LOS system to verify configuration
  • Facilitate client training on LOS system tasks and workflows
  • Commit to continuous learning regarding lending and other financial services
  • Forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication

Requirements:

  • Consumer, Commercial, and/or Mortgage Lending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
